- RETURNS
In the event User would want to return the product(s) purchased by it from Our Platform and initiate a refund for the same, User may write to us at info@jankiraman.life within 7 days of receipt of the order stating the reason for the return alongwith pictures of the product ordered. We, at our sole discretion, shall refund the User once after We receive the product in good condition without any defect or damage. If, in the Company’s opinion, User is entitled to refund against the order only then User will receive a refund in the manner the payment was received by the Company or as a credit note within 21 (twenty one) working days after we have conducted a quality check on the returned product at the sole discretion of the Company. Please note that User will have to bear the cost of shipping the product back to Us at C-208, Building No: 5, Akshay Mittal Industrial Pre Co-op Soc Ltd, Andheri Kurla Road, Near Marol Naka Metro, Andheri East, Mumbai- 400059, Maharashtra, India.
