Traditionality: Shuchi’s sunflower oil is extracted using a manual lakdi ghani or mara chekku process. This makes it an absolute virgin sunflower oil. Since it is a woodpressed oil, it has no preservatives and additives, making it an unrefined oil and thus, a heart-friendly oil.
